Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Veeva Regulatory Vault application to meet business and regulatory requirements, with guidance from the Senior Engineer on architectural direction and solution design.
- Work closely with the Senior Engineer to translate high-level architecture into actionable configuration tasks and ensure technical consistency across the platform.
- Develop and maintain components using Java and JavaScript, contributing to both front-end and back-end enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Business Analysts, and QA to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with project goals.
- Support integration efforts with other enterprise systems and data sources.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Vault-related issues, ensuring stability and performance.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to backlog grooming, and support roadmap execution.
Required Qualifications
- At least 8 years of IT experience.
- At least 4 years of experience with Veeva.
- Hands-on experience with Vault configuration, ideally within the Regulatory domain.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Veeva Vault or similar platforms.
- Programming skills in Java and JavaScript.
- Understanding of regulatory workflows and document lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., GxP) and validation processes.
