Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement business solutions using Salesforce (Salesforce Industries / Communications Cloud).
- Work hands-on with Vlocity / Revenue Cloud components.
- Configure and develop EPC, ESM, and BRE functionalities.
- Participate in full development lifecycle within Agile methodology.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud / Vlocity / Revenue Cloud.
- Practical experience with EPC, ESM, BRE.
- Experience in Salesforce development (Apex, OmniStudio, LWC).
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Understanding of telecom industry processes.
- Familiarity with Business Process Framework (eTOM).
- Strong analytical thinking skills and ability to learn quickly.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
Nice to have:
- Salesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Industries CPQ Developer, Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer, Communications Cloud Accredited Professional.
