Responsibilities
- Partner with business owners, product managers, data scientists, BI developers, andother stakeholders to understand analytics & AI products’ data requirements
- Deliver relevant data for consumption in analytics & AI products, ensuring their qualityand completeness
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and deliverables
- Analyze complex data sets to extract actionable insights that inform productdevelopment and enhancement
- Leverage business knowledge in commercial domain (customer, consumer, marketing,media, market and basic financial data) to provide context and recommendations that enhance product strategy
- Apply insights and relevant data to help the product team enhance existing features and develop new ones
- Create, support, and replicate scalable data structures, including table creation,reporting, and data visualizations to meet team needs
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify root causes, uncoverinterdependencies, forecast trends, and provide actionable insights
- Extract, clean, and analyze data from various source systems to ensure high-quality,accurate reporting
- Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to help stakeholders make data-driven decisions
- Document processes, KPIs, and data models to foster knowledge sharing and teamalignment
- Set up best practices, procedures and standards and ensure coordination of dataanalysis activities for use cases in the commercial space
- Serve as a mentor and role model for junior analysts, providing guidance, support, and knowledge-sharing to help them grow and develop their skills
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Management, Data Science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist, preferably within the consumer-packaged goods, FMCG, pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Business acumen in at least two areas: customer & sales analysis, market & competition analysis, consumer analysis, sales controlling analysis - Familiarity with at least one of the following: CRM systems, Google Analytics, Google Media, Meta Media
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis using Azure Databricks, SQL and Python
- Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MSSQL) and data modelling
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner
- Familiarity with business analysis concepts, including but not limited to requirements elicitation, stakeholder analysis, process documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Interest and experience with AI tools supporting data analysis and stewardship
- Experience with preparing data for AI solutions (e.g. traditional machine learning models, AI Agents)
