Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Senior Engineer to translate high-level architecture into actionable configuration tasks and ensure technical consistency across the platform.
- Configure Veeva Vault QMS and VQD application using declarative tools and optimizing the application.
- Customize Veeva Vault QMS and VQD application to meet business and regulatory requirements according to the guidance from the
- Senior Engineer on architectural direction and solution design.
- Testing of the individual components .
- Support integration efforts with other enterprise systems and data sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers/Experts, Product Owners, and QA to ensure smooth delivery of BAU and new features.
- Filing of project documentation incl. retrieval mechanisms, coding standards and quality processes.
- Post-production end-user support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Vault-related issues, ensuring stability and performance.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to backlog grooming, and support roadmap execution.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault QMS and/or VQD.
- Communicative English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice to have:
- SAFe Scrum framework knowledge or experience.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., GxP) and validation processes.
