- Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues to define, design, implement, and deliver ServiceNow solutions and ensure they address business requirements and align with future state.
- Create system design specifications and detailed technical documentation.
- Provide technical expertise and leadership in ServiceNow platform architecture, guiding internal teams and customers
- Ability to read and understand code to guide and support developers and develop when necessary
- Architecture review of current solutions and ability to improve existing designs or redesign solutions
- Drive innovation through research, evaluation, proof of concepts, and adoption of new technologies and demonstrate working prototypes to showcase the solution’s value proposition.
- Design non-functional requirements and implementation review to identify gaps between design and code
- Develop architectural strategy and roadmaps
- Seek opportunities to create additional value and improve business processes
- 7+ years of relevant experience (software development, integration, architecture design)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in the following areas/technologies:
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and platform capabilities.
- Significant experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across products.
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, ServiceNow scripting languages, and other supported technologies.
- Experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, JSON)
- Experience working in DevOps teams with Scrum or SAFe methodology
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills with a proven ability to lead and inspire
- Analytical, logical problem-resolution skills
- Experience in working in a multicultural and international environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Advanced English reading, writing, listening and speaking skills
