- Design, develop, test, and implement custom solutions within the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module to ensure stability and usability for 17,000 global end users.
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow HRSD applications, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events, while managing and supporting the roll-out of new HR modules, upgrades, and enhancements on the platform.
- Develop and maintain code, manage support for incidents, and contribute to ServiceNow software releases by delivering configuration tasks and features.
- Collaborate closely with HR and IT teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation, while aligning with ITSM processes such as Change Management and Incident Management.
- Create workflows, forms, business rules, service catalogs, record producers, and reports for HRSD enhancements, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
- Manage HRSD platform upgrades, patching, and new releases, testing and deploying patches to ensure smooth transitions.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency within HRSD applications and integrations, troubleshooting, testing, and resolving technical issues as needed.
- Document development processes, standards, and training materials for end-users and administrators, providing subject matter expert level guidance on ServiceNow HRSD best practices.
- Provide effort estimates and deploy enhancements to the HRSD platform following organizational guidelines for change management.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module development and administration.
- Proficiency in developing HRSD workflows, Assignment Rules, HR criteria, User criteria, routing conditions, scripting, and custom applications within ServiceNow.
- Experience of Intake Form creation on Portal with strong understanding of Form exposure rules depending on business requirement
- Skill of proper estimation of development work for Story Pointing activity
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub for building custom integrations and automations.
- Familiarity with HR business processes and experience collaborating with HR teams to deliver technical solutions.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices for HR service delivery.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail.
- ServiceNow HRSD certification is a plus, along with other relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience of conducting UAT session.
- Experience of running a dialogue on Definition of Done for a particular User Story to meet business reuquirements.
- Familiarity with Scrum Framework with all Scrum ceremonies – Planning, Retro, Refinement as must.
- Full English proficiency in order to be able to smoothly cooperate with English speaking stakeholders within the Project.
