  • No CRM or automated tool for VIP programme, everything was conducted with Excel files
  • VIP qualification programme was led manually
  • History of the qualification programme was not stored anywhere
  • Retrobonus (chargeback) programme was conducted within Excel files
  • It was hard to achieve complex calculations and data extracts were needed without a dedicated tool
